OUR MISSION
Dr. Sherry Stancil
I’m Dr. Sherry Stancil, founder of AlignCom and a lifelong advocate for meaningful communication and intentional learning. With over 20 years of experience in instructional design, communication studies, and faculty development, I’ve worked across higher education, workforce development, and corporate training to create learning that truly connects.
I launched AlignCom in 2019 to push back against cookie-cutter training and one-size-fits-all solutions. Too often, organizations rely on generic content that doesn’t reflect their people—or their purpose. AlignCom was built to change that. I design custom strategies rooted in real research, not recycled slides.
